Corecutter

The corecutter was designed and manufactured to meet the customers specifications. This particular measures the length of the core and calculates if a preset length can be cut out of the remainder of the core

Electrical Panels

We design and build electrical panels which may consist of HV/LV and switch panel power supply systems. The panel shown was designed for the corecutter. One of our larger projects was a heater control panel which used profibus communications for part of the control system.

Machining

We have fully skilled machinists who can produce one off components for our customers. The precision machined pneumatic chuck shown designed for ease of removal and replacement of roller/shafts by giving an air supply to one of the ports, the chuck will clamp or release the roller/shaft. Being pneumatic it is ideal in volatile areas.
